Upcycled Outfit - Total cost of £3

This is my first full outfit i've made that i'm genuinely proud of, Modeled by my lovely sister. This outfit started off as a Pair of New Look boyfriend Jeans with holes in, A Navy Blue and white stripey Maxi Skirt that Mum thought made her ''look like a deck chair'' and a plain black long sleeved top from Primark. The only things I had to buy were the buttons and lace material :

I found these at a military fair in Southminster, they are used buttons from old army uniforms and priced at £2.00 for a pack of four. I made the straps and turn ups out of the 'Deck chair' Maxi skirt. One I picked the stitching out of it, it was just like a large sheet of material so was very easy to use.

I used a lace material to make pretty cuffs and I used the lace with a thicker white material to make the collar. The Lace cost £1 in a charity shop. I made the collar by tracing around a collar of a shift dress that I have and using that to make a pattern.
